University Camp Pricing 

*Day Use rates are the daily rate. Campsite and Lodge rate are a nightly rate. Example: Staying in a lodge Friday-Sunday would be a quantity of two (2) weekend nights.

Each reservation request is individually reviewed before being added to the reservation calendar. You will receive an emailed invoice and a representative will contact you to make payment within 5 business days.

  1. Full Name (with middle initial) used when attending Texas State University

  2. Graduation Year

  3. Date of Birth

This information will be used to create an online profile that is linked to your alumni information. This account is used to view your invoices and make online payments for your reservation. Once this online profile is created, you will not need to provide this information again in the future.

Dates listed as reserved are unavailable. Reserved dates will become available if the reservation holder does not make payment.

  • It is Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, and you are requesting a site for that same weekend

Lodge Reservations

  • Lodge reservations that begin on a Friday, or include Saturday or Sunday, must reserve Friday 3pm - Sunday 2pm (2-night minimum).
  • Single-night Lodge reservations may be requested no earlier than the Monday before the desired weekend.

University Camp Rules and Regulations

University Camp Policies & Fines Click the hyperlink, and review all sections under the University Camp dropdown menu.

Refunds, Rescheduling & Cancellations

Any cancellation or rescheduled reservation made more than ten (10) days before the reservation date will receive a full refund, less a $20.00 processing fee.

Any cancellation made within ten (10) days of the reservation date will forfeit all payment made towards a reservation. Any date transfer request made within ten (10) days of the reservation date will denied.

No refunds will be issued due to inclement weather unless University Camp is closed by Texas State University.

University Camp Alcohol Statement

In order to consume alcohol on University Camp grounds (property of Texas State University), the following conditions must be met: 

  • I am 21 years or older;
  • I will not allow minors (under 21) to consume alcohol;
  • Alcohol in glass containers and keg beer is prohibited;
  • I will be in attendance for the entire reserved period;
  • I will not allow anyone in my group to drink and drive;
  • I will inform all group members of University Camp Rules and Regulations, and ensure their compliance;
  • Violation of these rules, or abusing the privilege to use University Camp, may result in fines and/or access being revoked
