Introducing a new annual ceremony held in the Spring semester for Sport Clubs and Officers to be commemorated and recognized for their diligent effort in serving their respective student organization at Texas State University. We are calling all newly appointed/prospective officers, returning officers and exiting/graduating officers to attend to help with the transition of leadership by sharing sport club specific information, Student Involvement & Engagement and Campus Recreation requirements! We will also be awarding 2 individuals and 1 sport club with the following awards; Sport Club Officer of the Year, Sport Club Athlete of the Year and Sport Club of the Year! Drinks and snacks will be provided!

If you want to learn how to backpack in a low-pressure environment, his trip is for you! We will take a short hike into our backcountry campsite on the first day. Your trip leaders will teach you how to pack and fit a backpack, setup camp, and prepare meals in the backcountry! We will also explore Colorado Bend State Park, where you'll get to see Gorman Falls, a 70 foot cascading, spring-fed waterfall hidden in the Hill Country landscape. This area is bursting with natural springs, bluffs, and beautiful views along the river for plenty of fun in the sun!
No prior experience is needed to enjoy and explore these amazing places!
