2. Purchase your initial training package by clicking the pricing links in the "Initial Package Pricing" table below.

  •  New Clients begin with the Initial Package of 3 sessions which includes:
    • 1 fitness assessment
    • 2 training sessions

3. You will receive an email confirmation letting you know we are in the process of matching you with a trainer. Please allow 7-10 business days to be matched with your trainer after purchasing your New Client Initial session Package.

Sessions must be purchased and application completed before being matched with a trainer.
